“Eat food, not too much, mostly plants.”
— Michael Pollan

You are what you eat, so eat right.

I'm a vegetarian. My husband is an omnivore. The kids are a mix of both.

We all do our best to eat real food. Food minimally processed and grown without pesticides, hormones, antibiotics. Ideally the only ingredient is the food name itself.

Good food is our medicine. We may spend more on higher quality, organic produce, pasture raised eggs, or grass fed meat upfront, but the investment pays huge dividends in improved well being and health.

Settle only on delicious tasting food - I'll show you how - from the initial ingredient purchasing, to the preparation, and finally to the cooking.
